Food Tech

 Last Thursday Ethan and I made cinnamon rolls. Tips for next time to keep it in the oven a nit longer.



Dough

2 cups Edmonds Self Raising Flour - 1 cup

pinch salt - 1/2 

90g Tararua Butter, chopped- 45g

2/3 cup Meadow Fresh Original Milk - ⅓

 

For the filling

120g Tararua Butter, softened- 60g 

4 tablespoons Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar- 2 tablespoons

2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar (or half cinnamon and half Chelsea White Sugar) 1 teaspoon

 

For the icing

1 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar -½ cup

1 tablespoon boiling water - ½ tablespoons
